Oi! Hello, I’m Jorge.

A Technical Designer focused on motion systems for SaaS products.

I partner with in-house product and brand teams to design motion infrastructure that scales. Not one-off animations, but systems that support frequent launches, evolving products, and high-volume campaigns without constant rebuilds.

My work sits at the intersection of motion design, UX, and production systems, where design decisions need to survive scale, iteration, and real-world constraints.

What I do

Most teams don’t struggle with creating motion — they struggle with maintaining it.

As products grow, motion becomes fragmented. Animations are rebuilt per release, styles drift, and velocity drops. I help teams fix that by designing motion as infrastructure.

That means:
• Scalable motion systems instead of isolated assets
• Reusable templates aligned with brand and product logic
• Clear motion rules that designers and developers can rely on
• Workflows that support speed without sacrificing consistency

The goal is simple: motion that keeps up with the product.

How I work

I work closely with in-house teams, usually embedded alongside design, product marketing, or brand.

Depending on the need, that can look like:
• Defining a motion system from scratch
• Translating an existing design system into motion rules
• Building campaign engines that scale across formats and regions
• Supporting teams long-term through retainers and system maintenance

I focus on clarity, reuse, and handoff — so motion doesn’t become a bottleneck as teams grow.

Background

I’ve worked across tech, games, entertainment, and advertising, with experience spanning product motion, marketing campaigns, and production pipelines.

I’ve partnered with teams at companies like Unity and Meta, and previously worked with studios and educational institutions where craft, storytelling, and technical execution all mattered.

That mix shaped how I approach motion today: structured, pragmatic, and built to last.

When I’m a good fit

I’m most effective when working with:
• SaaS companies shipping frequently
• Product-led teams with design maturity
• Teams that value systems over one-off output
• Organizations looking for long-term motion consistency

If you’re looking for quick assets, I’m likely not the right fit. If you’re looking to scale motion responsibly, we should talk.
